Kholodny Institute of botany of the National academy of sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 It was investigated the expression of genes plasma membrane Na+/H+-antiporter and isoforms of H+-ATP-ase in corn root cells of maize seedling under salinity conditions and preparation Methyure and Ivin using by RT-PCR. It was established that in the absence of sodium among expression of the gene encoding protein Na+/H + -antiporter in the roots of seedlings 8-daily was small, salt stress increased the expression of this gene almost doubled compared with the control. The use of preparation Methyure and Ivin did not cause significant changes in gene expression Na+/H+-antiporter. It was demonstrated differences in the levels of expression of certain isoforms of plasma membrane H+-ATP-ase in cells of maize seedling roots. It is shown that under normal conditions and in the presence of NaCl, expressed in the roots of all four isoforms. The highest level of expression was observed in the isoform MHA3, while MHA2 and MHA4 was somewhat weaker and MHA1-smallest. Also confirmed that isoform MHA4 reveals sensitivity to increasing concentrations of NaCl in the medium and plays an important role in plant cell adaptation to salinity condition.
