It was established that the phosphate portion of the indicated phosphorites is almost completely decomposed in the first 10 minutes of extraction. During the process, in the range of concentrations of phosphatic acid from 14 to 20% P2O5 the speed and the degree of phosphorites decomposition rises with increasing quantity of P2O5 in the liquid phase, due to the fact that in the indicated range of concentrations the hydrogen ion activity increases to a greater extent than the solution viscosity, which hinders the process. There were established the regularities of the excess active sludge consolidation with coagulants of aluminum oxychloride and ferrous chloride (III) in the range of concentrations from 20 to 30 mg / dm3 and the process duration for 30 minutes. The proposed flowsheet diagram of biological waste water treatment allows to create the conditions for a significant fourfold reduction of air use for aeration of water and sludge mixture in the area of the aerobic process, which will lead to significant energy saving in the biological treatment process; improve the quality of treated water containing phosphates and nitrogen by 1.5 times; release large land areas, which are used for secondary clarifiers. There was created a manufacturing technology of a complex fertilizer based on active sludge by using the technology of active sludge treatment with calcium sludge from TPP chemical treated water, that allows you to create high-quality local fertilizers with simultaneous disposal of waste water sludge; there was developed and economically justified a cleaner unit scheme of the urban waste water coagulative treatment by condensation of surplus sludge with ferrous chloride (III).
