The work was carried out according to the plan of national standardization for 2016, and the European Directive 2006/42/EC (98/37EC) "Safety of machines". The aim of the work: 1. The harmonization of normative base of Ukraine to European standards and design standards, uniform safety requirements earth-moving machinery. 2. The formation of the internal market of Ukraine according to obligations stipulated by the Agreement on partnership and cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union on the harmonization of national legislation with the European one. 3. The research was carried out in the following stages: development of the revised standard and the explanatory notes, the newsletter for feedback to the companies and organizations, acquisition business standard.
