The purpose of the study is to identify the ways of optimization of the main provisions of administrative, criminal land labour law in new economic conditions, taking into account the social conditioning of these proposals. The subject of research is the characteristic of some institutions of administrative and criminal law, the prospects for their development and ratio with labour and social legal relations in Ukraine. Methods: an application of systematic-structural method allowed to examine the internal construction of labour and social relations. By means of the formal-logical method was studied and improved the terminological apparatus of investigated problems, provided the suggestions for further development of the institutions of administrative, criminal and labour law in Ukraine. The method of observation allowed to analyze the main problems and ways of optimization of legislation of Ukraine to meet the needs of modern society. The practical significance of the results is that they constitute the both scientific, theoretical and practical interest: in the scientific research field - the main provisions and conclusions of the work can be the basis for further optimization of the provisions of administrative and criminal law and resolving issues that arise in the operation of labour and social relations of Ukraine; in law making - a result of research formulated the number of proposals for amendments and additions to legislative acts; in the educational process - the materials of research work can be used in the course of classes on subjects: "Labour Law", "Criminal Law", "Criminal Procedural Law", "Organization of the judicial and law enforcement authorities", "Administrative Law".
