As a result of comprehensive studies were conducted to develop optimal conditions for obtaining and modification of nanostructured surfaces by changing their surface states in order to control the processes of proliferation and differentiation of cells of various origins and creation of bioengineered structures that are intended to be applied in biomedicine. These corrosion tests showed that coating reduces the kinetics of charge transfer in the system electrode-electrolyte. The surfaces of the ceramic oxide coatings showed a distinct capacitive in nature, due to the high electrophysical coating properties and their high dielectric constant. As a result of the research were selected nanocoating that stimulate or weaken the functional properties of cells that are the basis for the use of nanocomposite oxide coatings in medicine.
