Rational technological parameters stages were determined. This allows forming highly effective microorganisms associations that are able to maximize the rate of different raw materials conversion and halve its duration. Rational technological parameters of biohydrogen (biomethane) obtaining were defined. This allows increasing energy output twice and increasing the concentration of energy carrier in the gas phase to 5 - 10%. The patterns of process were researched and the rational technological parameters of Chlorella vulgaris microalgae cultivation for biodiesel production using extract from poultry manure were provided, which allowed to define a ratio of inorganic and organic sources of carbon, reduce energy consumption for lighting, increase the yield of biodiesel fuel and energy efficiency of process. Based on the proposed method of electroactive anode biofilm forming in microbial fuel cell (MFC) demonstrated the possibility of electricity production in MFC and set rational process parameters.
