In the second phase of the project we made a study of inhibitory properties within a series of newly synthesized aldymine complexes. It was shown that the best inhibitory properties was clearly demostrated by the non-chelate complex of tin tetrachloride and salicylal-p-toluidine. Investigation of the influence of 3-hydroxyimino-2,4 - dioxypentane on isopropyl benzene and benzyl alcohol aerobic oxidation has disclosed the use of this oxime as oxidation inhibitor. We have alsso investigate the catalytic activity of previously synthesized series of N-hydroxyphthalimides in aerobic oxidation of isopropylbenzene.
