The object of the study: structural dynamics of socio-economic system of Ukraine in relation to global economic trends. 2. Objective: Development of main directions and ways of implementation of reconstructive type of economic development in Ukraine in context of globalization, historical features and modern transformation of the economy and the need to restore Ukraine's own subjectivity. 3. Methods of research: logic and historical methodology, structural and functional analysis, vector approach and modeling of cyclical dynamics. 4. The results and their novelty: the project develops the concept of the reconstruction of economic development in contradictory combination of two processes: 1) fundamental restructuring of the economy and its scaffoldings, and 2) restoration of identity, selfness and subjectivity of the economic system of Ukraine, which changes economic dynamics qualitatively and provides opportunity for social and economic development either under zero economic growth or its negative magnitude. It is shown that reconstructive type of development is both introversive, inclusive and innovative (aimed at solving Ukraine's socio-economic problems by innovative involvement of the national economy into the world economy). The practical implication of this concept focuses on such a fundamental restructuring of the economy, which implements the essential features and advantages of Ukraine (its selfness) in all aspects (geographic, geopolitical, natural, economic, historical, mental, behavioral, etc.) to the extent in which they affect economic development. 5. Degree of implementation: used in the legislative process by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee of economic policy, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee of industrial policy and entrepreneurship, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee of financial policy and banking; in activities of the Union of Economists of Ukraine. 6. Field of application: results can be used in the work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Government of Ukraine, National Bank of Ukraine, ministries of socio-economic profile and local governments for legislative, regulatory and institutional support and facilitation of economic policy of state and regions.
