The optimal culture conditions for wheat and maize regeneration were chosen. The effective elimination conditions of Agrobacterium cells are selected. The technique and conditions of maize and wheat Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation were elaborated. The effective selection technique of transformed plants was elaborated: paromomycin, phosphinothricin (glufosinate ammonium) and glyphosate (N- [phosphonomethyl] glycine) were used as selective agents.
