The aim of study is to improve the results of treating the patients with malignant tumors of the central nervous system in case of the impossibility of their radical surgical resection using the adjuvant and radiation technologies or combination thereof. The informative value of perfusion CT in a timely diagnosis of prolonged growth of malignant brain gliomas was studied. The therapeutic effect of target therapy with bevacizumab and zelboraf in primary and secondary brain tumors, modern technologies of radiation- and chemotherapy were demonstrated in the case of inoperable disease. The molecular and biological study of the cytotoxic effects of alkylating agents on the human glioma brain cells under "in vitro" conditions, the reparative enzyme of MGMT gene expression and genetic polymorphism of glutathione S-transferases (GST) detoxifying enzymes were carried out.
