The aim of this research is to prepare an analytical review of the current status and development of electrohydraulic pulse forming based on publications in journals of Ukraine, CIS and other foreign journals; open-access proceedings of conferences, symposia, patents of Ukraine, Russia and other countries. As a result of the analytical review of publications, the catalogue of EH presses produced in the post-Soviet countries, including their technical characteristics and rational use, was made up. Their advantages and disadvantages, which are manifested in the production environments are highlighted. The experience of creating and using powerful EH presses with stored energy of more than 100 kJ was summed up.
