The work is a generalization and systematization of scientific and methodological approaches to the management of financial guarantee investment and innovation activities of enterprises, development of the existing concept of innovation management, development financing mechanism innovation and investment company. The novelty of the work: the concept of improved financial management of innovative investment activities in the enterprise innovation management, methodological approaches to financing innovation and investment enterprises that include the formation of a rational structure of sources of financial support. Relationship with other works, some results were presented at scientific conferences and published in scientific journals. Recommendations for the use of results: on the basis of the study may be proposed approaches to the formation of an effective mechanism to administer the financing of investment and innovation enterprise.
