The purpose of research - the determination of the conditions of getting a new cluster compounds and nanostructured systems based on transition elements of IV-VII groups, defining their properties, range of possible applications and as new bioactive and functional materials as well. Research methods - thermogravimetry, x-ray diffraction and x-ray analysis, scanning electron microscopy, electronic and infrared spectroscopy (IR), theoretical and experimental investigations with application of preparative and technical chemistry and physical - chemical analysis. Antiradical activity of dirhenium(III) complexes has been found as results of the study of their interaction with the stable 2,2-diphenyl-1-pkelly radical (DPPH). The influence of the environment on antiradical activity has been investigated. The prospects of using CIS-tetrachloride-µ-carboxylates dirhenium(III) as low-toxic substances with powerful antiradical activity has been shown. The factors that determine the quality of coatings by rhenium metal obtained by thermal decomposition of CIS-tetrachloride-µ-carboxylates dirhenium(III) have been set. The efficiency of using reagent for preparation of drinking water has been shown. The influence of pre-treatment of ammonium nitrate grade B for holding capacity and static strength has been studied.
