The compositions of powder wires ones 90Cr17BSiMn and second 20Cr16B3Ni2SiAl have been optimized for usage coatings from them in neutral aqua mediums. It have been developed the packet of documentation for stationary and hand metallizers and have been made their pilot-scale prototypes. Some parts of the prototypes are made of advanced materials, which significantly increased the term of their operation, and helped to reduce the number of used parts through dialectical properties of formed oxide ceramic layer.
