The idea of the constant development on the man-made-loaded areas at the expense of the balanced revival of the cattle breeding is realized, and also the hypothesis of the efficiency of the improvement of the information support of the constant development of the agricultural sphere by means of the economic and mathematical modeling. The importance of the agroecological research subject to ecological risks, the projection of influence of the climate fluctuation, the anthropogenic activity over the state of agricultural areas in the natural-economic Pry'dniprov'ya region is showed. It is demonstrated that a differentiated approach to the use of the agrolandscape should do subject to the selected limiting ecological factors. In conditions of the educational-research station of soil recultivation are learned the elements of low-cost technologies of the growing of the fruits and vegetables. The production perspectives of safe fish products based on evaluation of the biological state of water alive recourses in conditions of Pry'dniprovs'k region with the intensive development of agro- and technosphere subject to the spatial allocation of the anthropogenic pollution and its influence on the quality of the agricultural production are defined.
