Property development - autonomous thermoelectric generators for metal furnaces for solid fuels for military and domestic purposes. The aim of the scientific and technical work - development of design documentation and manufacturing of prototypes of the four versions of autonomous thermoelectric generators for military and domestic purposes. In carrying out scientific and technical work used modern methods of computer-aided design and optimization thermoelectric generating modules and heat exchange systems for thermoelectric generators. Four modifications of power sources was created which are based on the use of heat from the furnace on solid fuel. In the first modification (1A) of the heat removal is provided from the generator by the electric fan. In the second (1B) - the fan is used instead of container, which heats water, or preparing food. Modification 1B can operate without furnaces, for example, by a fire. In the third (1S) - equipped with a thermoelectric fan and the liquid reservoir, which is mounted separately to a generator, depending on the specific cases. Each with modifications made in three variants electrical capacity 5, 10, is the 20 Watts. Also created two versions of the fourth modification generators (2A) - the electrical capacity of 50 and 100 watts. They are made from heat sources (furnaces) for solid fuels, mounted on them, thermoelectric converters, and water tanks, from which water can be used for household needs. Design documentation and produced prototypes of 11 different thermoelectric generators, conducted their tests. Created generators have advantages over similar products. They are reliable, quiet, independent of sunlight, resistant to shock loads, are lightweight, in the presence of heat to quickly come to the operating mode, life of 5 - 10 years. The results will be transferred to LLC "Altec-M" for pre-production. Estimated annual output of new products - 500 - 5000 pcs. depending on the modification. Prototypes cost is 10-15 thousand UAH and may be reduced at 2-3 times in mass production. Cost-effectiveness is ensured expected return of at least 20%. Using the new products can provide electric power Ukrainian military, which at this time is paramount. For consumer applications is a mean of energy conservation and elimination of export of combustible gas. Introduction of the development on enterprises in Ukraine will create 150-200 new jobs.
