The purpose of the work is the development of synthesis and analysis theory fundamentals for practical implementation of ultra-wideband spatially distributed radiometric systems to solve the actual problems of the Ukraine national economy. The research methods are the mathematical and computer modeling, methods of statistical decision theory. In the work, the basic model-mathematical concepts of the random ultra-wideband spatio-temporal processes treatment in radiometric systems are first introduced. Secondly, it is shown that from the formal standpoint the most acceptable mathematical apparatus for ultra-wideband spatio-temporal random fields analysis is the developed VF-transform apparatus, which differs from the traditional multi-dimensional Fourier transforms and generalizes Van Cittert-Zernike theorem. Thirdly, the conception of wideband and ultra-wideband spatio-temporal random signals processing in multi-channel radiometric systems, including the basic provisions of the detection and quantification of the monitoring objects, is developed.
