The composition, structure of the composite materials and their technological properties (fluidity, fractional composition, bulk density) were studied. The separate particles of powder materials have a heterophase microstructure with even distribution of structural components. At the ratio TiCrB2 and NiAlCr 50:50 % vol. most particles of powder have oval form and sizes of 20...40 microns. At such ratio most even distribution structural components in powder material and electrode material were defined. Powder material has not high fluidity at content 25 % metal phases and fluidity increase in 3 times at content 50 % NiAlCr.
