Purpose of work: to develop a technological process and working designer document on the equipment for his realization. Technical terms on a technological process and equipment for his realization are developed. Technical terms represent the basic requirements to the order of conducting of operations of technological process and to their parameters and also the basic requirements to the look of the technological setting. The cards of technological process are developed complete "SET of DOCUMENTS on the technological process of forming of coating of the WC type on the details of aircraft control system components. Order of operations, parameters and modes presented in the cards of technological process, was used for deposition of the WC coating on the details with the purpose of confirmation of accordance of the created technology to the set requirements. Research of descriptions of coating is conducted: morphology of surface, mikrohardness, structure. It is conducted tests of the details of aircraft control system components with coating of the WC type in composition the device for determination of exploitation term. The results of researches and tests of details with coverage confirmed accordance of the created technology to the set requirements. The complete set of working designer document on making of the experimental-industrial technological setting is developed.
