Methods of the investigation: cell cultivation, immunocytochemical, immunohistochemical and supravital dyeing of cells, light and fluorescence microscopy, statistical processing of results. It has been shown primary cell cultures of adrenals and testes of newborn pigs are able to form adjusted spherical cellular clusters which have considerable proliferative potential. The results obtained in this investigation may be a basis for using of these cells in transplantology for treatment of different neurodegenerative diseases.
