Conducting rehabilitation treatment of patients with pathological tooth wear, which involves planning and modeling occlusal surfaces as temporary and permanent dentures and occlusive splints, prevents further progression of defects coronal tooth. Using design of complete denture, basis which contains the liquid, increases the effectiveness of treatment with complete dentition defects by eliminating the traumatic impact on mucous membrane. At the same time the distribution of occlusion pressure reduces the atrophy of alveolar bone, simultaneously promote normal blood supply to the tissues of prosthetic bed against the background of preservation of sufficient chewing efficiency. The use of splint-denture in patients with generalized periodontitis during the period of comprehensive treatment, can improve its performance in the nearest period, according to the index valuation, to optimize the process of adaptation, increases chewing efficiency, suspends the process of bone resorption according to biochemical research, and improve processes hemomicrocirculation of periodontal tissue. The methods of prosthetic treatment of defects of teeth and dentitions can be recommended for widespread introduction into dental practice.
