The cell component of the product "matrix-gel-cell" was examinedindividually and as part of various types of hydrogels (gelatin, carbopol). Cells were isolated from peripheral blood of a healthydonor, from human adult skin, and from human placenta.The cells weremultiplicated in a culture and cryopreserved for long term storage. Inthis project for dermal coatings developing, mainly, 4BL cell linehave been used.Previously we derived these cells from humanperipheral blood. Immunophenotyping results and ability of these cellsto differentiation indicate that they are multipotent mesenchymalstromal cells (MMSCs).
