The extremely high Q microwave values of material (Qf = 100 000 - 200 000 GHz at a frequency f = 5 -10 GHz) in the investigated materials has been found to originate in the formation of superstructure, in which M2 + ions and Ta5 + (Nb5 +) are 1:2 ordered in the nanoscale domains. The decrease in the Q values has been shown to be primarily due to the formation of additional phases Ba9MgTa14O45 (Ba9MgNb14O45) with the structure of the tetragonal tungsten bronze (TTB). As a result, under a relatively "soft" technological conditions we have produced the experimental samples of resonant elements (TE01delta type dielectric resonators demonstrating the values of the product Qf = 150 000 - 200 000 GHz. The use of developed high-Q elements at centimeter wavelengths greatly improved frequency-selective properties of radio-apparatus by significantly reducing the level of phase noise. Within the reporting period we have published 3 articles in scientific journals, received 6 declaration patents of Ukraine for utility model, and made 2 reports at scientific conferences.
