Improving the efficiency of hydraulic mixer is possible due to design changes, reagent supply through special reagent dispensers, as well as the introduction of its parts in different points of the mixer. Methods of increasing the efficiency of the mixing of natural water with the reagents and the methodology of researches were identified. Preliminary studies have shown that the proposed design of the corridor type cloisonne mixer significantly increases the intensity of mixing of reagents with water and creates optimal conditions for mixing several reagents with water. A method for calculating a corridor-type mixer of improved design, which provides an effective mixing of the reagents with the water and makes it possible to supply different reagents to different locations of the mixer was developed. Recommendations for the designing of corridor type cloisonne mixer of improved design were given.
