It was found that the simultaneous monitoring of the need for cereal crops of dicotyledonous and grass weeds to be applied herbicide mix or a combination of drugs and introduce crop rotation and alternation of herbicides. This may restrain or suspend the formation of resistant weeds through different mechanisms of action of mixture components. For the first time it was found that the antidote activity of foliar amino acid compositions of the phytotoxic effects of xenobiotics on the wheat plants. It was physiologically justified foliar application of modern compositions against dicotyledonous herbicides and graminicide with macro- and micronutrients to improve the effectiveness of weed control and fertilizer use in crops of high-yield varieties of winter wheat. It was revealed that under the conditions of drought phytotoxicity graminicide fenoxaprop-p-ethyl is reduced compared to normal moisture conditions. The effect of fenoxaprop-p-ethyl in drought conditions, there is a tendency to an increase in the activity of the antioxidant enzyme catalase. It was shown that the efficacy of herbicides, phytotoxic effect is mediated by the formation of reactive oxygen species, antagonistically reduced in drought conditions and in mixtures with other herbicides. Factor antagonist reduce phytotoxic action is adaptive increase in the activity of antioxidant plant protection induced by the action of stressors. The possibility of increasing the phytotoxic influence of herbicides and ALS inhibitors ACC NO donor sodium nitroprusside. Elucidation of mechanisms of interaction of mineral metabolism and photosynthetic activity in stressful conditions, the creation of synergistic formulations of herbicides for use in crops of certain crops and rotation systems in the rotation of herbicides with different mechanisms of phytotoxicity can enhance the effectiveness of nutrition and crop protection, and prevents the emergence of resistant weed biotypes.
