The work presents the modern state biological meliorators works in water objects of the State Water Agency of Ukraine, the main results biological meliorators work on major channel "Dnipro-Donbass" and developed on the basis of the research and literature project "Rules of work on biological melioration of water objects and water systems of the State Water Resources Agency of Ukraine". Scientific and research work described in 113 pages, 33 tables and has two applications: application A, which contains project of "Rules of work on biological Melioration of water objects and water systems of the State Water Resources Agency of Ukraine" and water systems and water resources of the State Agency of Ukraine "and application B, which presents the results biological meliorators work on major channel "Dnipro-Donbass". The object and subject of research: artificial water ecosystems Ukraine, hydrological regime, water quality, anthropogenic impact, biodiversity, flora and fauna, products groups, biological meliorators work, biomelioranty species. Purpose: development of effective innovative technologies biological meliorators work directed at optimizing and providing constant operation of water objects and water systems of the State Water Agency of Ukraine. Methods for research: cameral and used the express methods of scientific research in the relevant sections of the project, hydrobiological, ichthyological. Conclusions and results: on the basis of a comprehensive scientific study determined the basic principles of forming the hydrological, hydro-chemical regimes and water quality artificial of water objects, the conditions of formation and functioning of all groups of water organisms in artificial water objects, defining the priority impacts on water ecosystems constant. Developed complex biological melioration of measures directed at improving water quality (environmental and sanitary indicators) and excess regulation water organisms products. Tested range of measures on biological melioration of in the waters of the main channel of the Dnipro-Donbas, also received economic profitability biological meliorators. The proposed methodological base for the introduction of innovative technologies of biological melioration of water objects and water systems, State Water Agency of Ukraine.
