Proved that the presence of concomitant diseases (allergic rhinitis, polyposis ethmoyiditis, atopic dermatitis, cardiovascular diseases, of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS), gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD), obesity and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) are significant factors that aggravate the course of bronchial asthma (BA), which is manifested by uncontrolled disease course. The major features of the clinical course of disease in patients with severe asthma were established, that allow to determine follow clinical phenotypes of the disease at the primary care level: allergic BA, non-allergic BA, BA with late onset, asthma combined with COPD, BA with comorbid diseases. New technology of severe asthma diagnosis at the primary care level was developed that allow to increase the accuracy of the asthma phenotypes diagnosis: allergic BA - by 70,0 %, non-allergic BA - by 30,0 %, BA with late onset - by 40,6 %, asthma combined with COPD - by 35,0 %, BA with comorbid diseases - by 0,6-35,6 %. A new "Method of small bronchi obstruction diagnosis in patients with asthma" was developed which allow to increase the accuracy of diagnosis of small bronchi obstruction by 22,0%.
