Methods of research: theoretical (analysis of scientific sources, including sociological, philosophical, and psychological and educational experience; comparison, classification, data generalization), empirical (targeted teacher observations, interviews with the teachers of the out-of-school educational institutions, parents, pupils, questioning, teaching experiment - stating, forming), the methods of mathematical statistics. Novelty of research: The essence of the concept of value orientations of the educational process in the out-of-school educational institutions are specified exactly; value orientations inherent to the educational process in the out-of-school educational institutions, their structure, criteria, indicators are defined; the content and pedagogical means of formation of value orientations of the educational process in the out-of-school educational institutions are discovered and proved.The degree of implementation: the results of research are reflected in the published intermediate results of research - analytical works of the monograph, manuals, articles, the reports of the scientific conferences.
