The subject of research is to establish the influence of retardants (chlormequat-chloride, folikur, esfon) and synthetic plant growth stimulators (gibberellin, 1-naphthylacetic acid, 6-benzylaminopurin, treptolem, emistim C) and their integrated application on the functioning of the source-sink relationship of oilseeds and solanaceous vegetable plants. It has been determined the optimal treatment plant regulations of oilseeds and solanaceous vegetable crops in vegetation and field trials in order to optimize the production process and with current toxicological - hygienic requirements. The actions of treatment has changed the activity of the apical meristem accompanied by a redistribution of assimilates towards the economic valuable organs, led to increase the productivity. The application of different growth regulators inhibitors and their complexes with treptolem led to increase seed yield, increase oil content in seeds, improving the quality of vegetable oils. It has been set by the methods of high-performance liquid chromatography that residual quantities of the applied growth regulators (chlormequat-chloride and treptolem) did not exceed maximum admissible concentrations. Novelty and priority of researches is confirmed by three patents for utility model. Scope of application is the crop.
