The purpose of research: to develop formulations of inorganic building material compositions based system SaO - SiO2 - H2O and CaO - SiO2 - Al2O3 - H2O for construction products set high technical and operational characteristics for energy and resource saving technological modes complex development modifiers to raw mixtures based on industrial waste and additives electrolyte solutions; obtaining experimental samples of building materials with desired characteristics. Research methods: fundamental principles of equilibrium thermodynamics, colloid chemistry and physical and chemical mechanics of disperse systems; modern methods of physical and chemical analysis (X-ray phase analysis method of differential thermogravimetry X-ray diffraction, petrographic study method). Thermodynamic analysis of CaO - SiO2 - H2O showed that the ratio of C / S, close to 1 provides complex crystallization tobermorytopodibnyh phases, which are due to the effect of reinforcing the structure form a dense silica material. Formulated a hypothesis concerning the formation of durability and water resistance of artificial stone mineral binders and composites on their base: the optimal ratio of hydration products with positive and negative surface charge structure contributes the maximum number of contacts elektroheterohennyh (EBS); The equation elektropoverhnevoho potential of the dispersed phase, EBS and strength of cement that can effectively control the properties of materials based on the compositions of SaO - SiO2 - H2O and CaO - SiO2 - Al2O3 - H2O. Summary results of theoretical and experimental studies allowed to develop the raw silicate mixtures of building materials modified complex inorganic additives, such as industrial waste and salt solutions of electrolytes, which allowed us to obtain silicate materials with high strength characteristics with energy efficient modes hydrothermal treatment: pressure saturated steam 0 6 MPa, holding time items 6 hours.
