It was established that most of them formed under significant influence of avifauna. Grounded indicational value of calcium, strontium and cadmium to establish the genesis of Antarctic soils. Proved avifauna way of origin calcium and many trace elements plankton + mikrobentos - N. concinna - L. dominicanus - guano + pellets (shells of N. concinna), which affects significantly on the composition and properties of microbiocenosis in soil and accordingly the ratio of immobilization processes (humification) and mineralization (degradation) of organic matter. Of the surveyed Antarctic soils are three types of ascomycetes: Cladosporium cladosporioides, Cladosporium herbarum, Aspergillus versicolor involved in the degradation of plant residues.
