Research aim - optimization of design and adhesively-active brazing technology of high-voltage insulators of electron beam guns with a controlled stress-strain state (SSS), which provides the necessary rigidity and operability of insulators. Computer modeling was performed by finite element method using a two-dimensional axisymmetric element Plane 182. Wetting characteristics were examined by resting drop method. Structural investigation were performed using optical metallography, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray analysis. Chemical elements distribution was determined by local X-ray microanalysis. Physical and mechanical properties were investigated using the upgraded equipment UDSV-DT and research complex Gleeble-3800. Brazing with pressure was performed in a vacuum oven SNV-1-3-1/16N1 and super-vacuum universal processing facility VVU-1D, which has the status of a National treasure of Ukraine. The scientific novelty of this work consists in established brazed joint formation and ceramic-kovar node SSS laws including deformation plasticity and creep, changes of physical and mechanical properties of the materials during cooling, which is the basis for optimizing of design and production technology of metal-ceramic nodes. The results of the research allowed to optimize the design and technology of metal-ceramic insulators brazing and perform brazing of industrial products. Developments may be used in the industry: 91.
