On this basis, taking into account the conducted research scientific and practical task of the intelligent measurement modules of the electronic monitoring systems efficiency improving of the environment physical parameters has been solved. This result has been achieved through the development of new and improvement of existing methods and compensation means mutually destabilizing factors on the measurement results. The model of the lower limit explosiveness determining of the "methane - coal dust - air" system has been further developed, which takes into account air moisture content changes, volatile gaseous components yield and ash coal content. The method of the optoelectronic components methane concentration meter protection from pollination has been proposed, which is based on thermophoresis phenomenon. As a result of the designed measuring instrument experimental studies with proposed method implementation revealed that the glass heating to 120 °C reduces their dustiness in 4 times. The mathematical model of the closed soil moisture meter for industrial greenhouse conditions has been improved. It is based on the conductometric assay method into alternating electromagnetic field. The developed model allows to measure greenhouse soil humidity in the range from 30 to 90 % with an absolute error of ±5 %. The modified technique of the digital restoration of the electrophysiological signals has been proposed. It allows to adjust the transmission characteristics of the each measuring channel of the information measurement system. Physical samples of the optical measuring instruments of methane and dust concentrations in the mine atmosphere mine workings of the coal mines and physical parameters of the greenhouse soils have been developed and created.
