Objective: to improve prevention methods for complicated flow of obesity in children and adolescents by developing differentiated regimens of treatment of pathologies of central nervous and hepatobiliary systems, vascular damage. Methods: сlinical, biochemical, immunological, radioimmunoassay, instrumental, pathopsychological. Results: application of differentiated treatment technology for obesity complicated flow in children and adolescents allowed to achieve positive clinical and metabolic changes and improve the functionality of cardiovascular and hepatobiliary systems, reducing cognitive, neurological, vegetative disorders, maintaining positive dynamics for 4–6 months. Novelty: grounds provided for differentiated use of certain groups of pharmacological agents (hepatoprotectors, neuroprotectors, angioprotectors) depending on presence of pathology in hepatobiliary and central nervous systems as well as cardiovascular disorders in children and adolescents with complicated flow of obesity, for the first time areas are defined for therapeutic intervention in order to restore their psychological homeostasis and provide compliance. Effectiveness: technology proposed for treatment of children and adolescents with obesity and accounting for nature of its flow and presence of signs of damage to central nervous, hepatobiliary and cardiovascular systems allows to increase effectiveness of treatment 2.5–3 times, helps to prevent progression of obesity and its complications.
