Ecological niche modeling for the snail Fagotia esperi shows that the reduction of the geographic range and its further fragmentation is the most probable for this species in Ukraine. GIS modeling revealed the most promising areas to observe the expansion of the geographic ranges of the snakes, Natrix tesselata and Dolichophis caspius, to the north. The areas where these snakes can form the northern marginal populations were identified. The Ukraine administrative units were ranked on the basis of the prospect for saving Dolichophis caspius. The results of GIS analysis found that the factor "Human Footprint" that characterizes human pressure had positively correlated with the spread of the toad Bufotes viridis. Changes in leucocyte formula (both basophils and eosinophils) in amphibians may indicate the environmental pollution. Anthropogenic factors (agrocenosis with their abundant food resources and specific microclimate) more significantly affect the sex, age and morphological diversity in the population of voles Microtus socialis than population number and density and especially the season. For the first time the number of local population of Black Sea bottlenose dolphins Tursiops truncatus for 2011-2012 was assessed. The analysis of fotoidentification data was supplemented with registration from vessels. The total population size ranged from 621 (s.d. = 198) to 715 (s.d. = 267) animals. Based on 97 geocoded point registrations of Asian ladybug Harmonia axyridis the spatial interpolation was held and a generalized pattern of its expansion in Ukraine obtained.
