Objective: Theoretically substantiate and test the experimental procedure of formation of the child's personality in a family environment; identify regularities in the formation of child's personality within the family and define pedagogical conditions of formation of the personality of the child in the family, based on a study of theoretical and methodological problems of family education; teachers and parents as participants in the social and educational process, which occupy subject position and form polysubject interaction. Methods: To ascertain and verify the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions of formation of the child's personality within the family used the method of pedagogical experiment. In order to validate the results of the pilot studies, their qualitative and quantitative analysis of the statistical methods used. Theoretical and practical results: Summary of theoretical and methodological foundations of content and components of modern family and public education with regard to the relevant conditions of formation of the person, the definition of complex research methods of formation of the personality, the creation of scientific and methodological support of the organization of educational process in a family environment at the individual building to meet modern standards society.
