Purpose: To develop and scientifically substantiate the conceptual model of improvement system of education institutions administration. Methods of research: theoretical is an analysis (historical and logical, systems, genetic) with the aim of study and all-round comparison of different aspects of the investigated problem, consideration of theoretical questions with regard to eduction of theoretical and methodological approaches and principles of improvement system of education institutions administration; a retrospective method is the problems on the basis of modern scientific ideas during the systems and complex analysis (fundamental and synergetic acmeology); functional-structural design is used at development of theoretical model of improvement system of education institutions administration. Theoretical and practical results: is developed the concept and conceptual model of improvement system of education institutions administration. Newness: at first is developed and scientifically substantiated the concept of acmeologic education institutions administration; investigated the theoretical model of administration of education institution manager's professional acmeo- synergetic self-improvement.
