Aim of research: Development of the methods of computer modeling and research of nanostructures to create new nanoelectronic devices. The development of new information technologies to improve the educational process. Research methods and apparatus: Computer modeling, computer experiment, numerical methods for solving equations, working with large databases. Theoretical and practical results: In the field of modeling and improvement of nanostructures: It is designed a new descriptor that allows to predict the ionic conductivity of perovskites, depending on their elemental composition. A correlation method of materials selection is developed. A corresponding computer program is created. A modification of the classical molecular dynamics method is developed. The so called "Striking force" is introduced to the Verlet algorithm. Thus it's possible to simulate the effect of certain intervals of the energy spectrum of incident particles. It was found the formation of "heavy clusters" as a result of ionic bombardment of crystals in which masses of the atoms are sharply differed. A model for the study of ion current pulsation when electrolytes passing through the track system is created. A good agreement with the experimental data is obtained. It is found that the ion current pulsation is due to the interaction of ionic currents in the individual tracks. In the area of information technology: The model of software engineer training is proposed. The main features of the model: the necessity to change the content of the special training software engineer by introducing new courses "Cloud technologies in education", "Internet of Things", "Internet of things and the programming of microcontrollers"; it was created application CONAN v.2, rewritten in language LAVA, based on the Tomcat web server, and the use of library for Prime external application interface. Developed semi-empirical methods to optimize the parameters of perovskite, in contrast to the existing methods, can significantly reduce the time of obtaining the material with specified parameters. 2. The mechanisms of diffusion of polymer electrolytes in track structures are found that will lead to creation of the new types of biosensors. 5.
