Purpose: depth study of laws , conditions and factors of process of development and forming schoolboy's personality in recreation period and also development of model of psychological conditions in the context of new educational technologies. Methods of research: theoretical - analysis, generalization and systematization of theoretical approaches and empiric results, which are contained in scientific literary sources; empiric - supervision, conversation, analysis of products of activity, testing. mathematical-statistical methods of treatment of obtained results, namely cross-correlation analysis (by Spirmen 's criterion), comparative analysis, determination of authenticity of differences (by Student's criterion). Was developed conception of psycho-pedagogical terms, complex of psycho-pedagogical methods of development of schoolboy's personality in conditions of recreation. Results can be used by specialists in the area of psychology and pedagogy of high school, for the improvement of professional preparation of graduate students, masters, trainees, students. Scientific novelty: first established the basic mechanisms of development of schoolboy's individual in conditions of recreation. Area of use.
