Models of geothermal and geodynamic evolution, deep-seated melt cells and mineral deposits formation were suggested. Influence of the geothermal condition on the lithosphere thickness and asthenosphere location have been evaluated. It has been shown that the current lithosphere structure and temperature distribution were formed as a results of the vertical and horizontal movements of the Earth crust blocks associated with subduction of the oceanic lithosphere and asthenosphere upwelling. Based on the analysis of the results of testing of mobile direct - prospecting methods concluded about their effective using to detect and mapping zones of oil and gas deposits and deep vertical channels of fluids migration.
