O.S.Kolomiychenko popup.description2 The integral character of the formation of structurally damaged proteins in the flow of the studied diseases was shown. The systemic influence of these proteins on the flow of a number of biological processes and molecular cellular levels as well as the hysteresis of the normalization of studied indices contrary to clinical symptoms on treatment were demonstrated. Among the studied biochemical parameters the most informative were the levels of trypsin- and thrombin-like activities, the level of proteins' glycation and the index of thrombin time. The deviations from norma of these indices are the result of the formation of structurally damaged proteins, which retained partially the properties and reactivity of the native forms and are able to disturb the regulation of the proper processes. The dependence of these parameters and dynamics of their normalization on the character and the flow of disease was shown. The revealed changes of blood cells' receptor responses are the result of the influence of the influence of structurally damaged proteins on cell membranes. On the basis of the estimation of the studied indices informativity the mathematical model that allows to describe the patient's condition and to predict the development of the disease was created. The expediency of joint usage of light and polaryzed microscopies as the high-informative approach for the study of the state of pathological tissues and for the differential diagnosis of tumors was shown.
