These models can be used to forecast the activity of new yet not synthesized substances and to carry out virtual screening. Interpretation of received models revealed unknown structural features that contribute to the manifestation of antimicrobial and anti- tubercular activity. The synthesis of 22 designed new representatives of thiazolidinone and 1,2,4-triazole-3-thione classes has been performed. The moderate antimicrobial activity has been found for several compounds regarding S. Aureus (compound 9) and E. coli (compounds 2, 3, 13).
