This set of extractive industries, public and private enterprises, transport systems, institutions and organizations that are collaborating on the production of primary energy, processing, enrichment, production of secondary energy, import of primary and secondary fuels, transportation grocery chains, sea and rail transport, the supply of industrial and municipal and residential customers. Subject of research - the structure of the fuel supply in volume terms by type of primary energy sources, the share of their income in the economy with new sources of supply and routes of the price situation on the world fuel markets, assortment structure of the economy needs in certain types of fuel products, technological changes of consumption in the economy, ensure energy security, ensuring sustainable development of the state. The purpose of the research is to analyze the feasibility of changing the structure of Ukraine's fuel supply in terms of the current state of development of domestic fuel base, reorienting the economy to new sources of supply of hydrocarbons, the introduction of new technologies for processing primary fuel, transport infrastructure, controls fuel flow, object accumulation and storage of fuels. The main research methods are the economic and mathematical modeling, a model of balance between product, system analysis. The model developed by the country's fuel supply subsystem import coal and gas fuels, performed a numerical analysis of the import volumes of coal and natural gas are the energy security assessment criteria influence on these volumes. The network representation model introduced a new structure of objects accumulation and storage of natural gas, developed the relevant structures of technological methods of production model type.
