Analysis of the inner resonant fields of the waves scattered by the reflecting planar metamaterial consisting of dielectric elements placed on the metallic substrate is performed. Nonlinear Maxwell-Bloch equations are adapted in order to study generation conditions in a dielectric microresonator. Obtained equations are supposed to be further utilized in the finite-difference scheme for the direct calculations of the field pattern inside the microresonator. A mathematical model of a uniaxial nonlinear medium is derived that accounts the pseudo-spectral time domain method for solving Maxwell equations together with Bloch equation. This system of Maxwell-Bloch equations describes the effects of atoms interaction inside a medium with an electromagnetic radiation in terms of quantum mechanics.
