Institute of Radio Astronomy of NAS of Ukraine popup.description2 The main goals of investigations are to work out the spectral methods and technics of multifrequency millimeter radio astronomy for study the kinematics and spatial distribution of molecules in the star forming regions in Galaxy and atmosphere of the Earth, to develop the basic principles for creation of state-of-the-art high-sensitivity receiving systems. Following scientific results are received. There are begun the spectral observations at the radio telescope РТ-20 in Онсала, Sweden, that has allowed to reimburse the negative loss of observations at radio telescope РТ-22 in Crimea. The number of objects in which еthe drift of 13CO emission lines is observed, is expanded to 8 ones. The new method of calculation of bipolar outflow parameters for massive star-forming regions is developed. Peculiarities of bipolar outflows in 10 objects are investigated. The catalogue of molecule CS spectra for practically all objects with Class I and Class II masers in northern hemisphere is created. Long-term observations of tmission of molecules of ozone and carbon monooxide in mesosphere of the Earth over regions closed to the Arctic (Onsala, Sweden) and over Ukraine (Kharkov) are investigated. Three prototypes of receiving systems for3 mm and 2 mm of wavelength band are designed. For realisation of idea of nonsaturated mode application a new system of parameters of heterostructural transistors focused on use of transistors with extralow (nanoVatt) consumption power and extralow cryogenic coolings (tens милликельвина) is proposed. For the first time characteristics of transistors are experimentally are studied at temperature 48 мК. For the first time direct measurements of temperature of two-dimensional electronic gas in НЕМТ are carried out at cryogenic temperatures and features of ballistic currency transfer are found out.
