The new types and features of the Sun and Jupiter radio emission are revealed. For the first time the hyperfine structure of electrostatic discharges in the Saturn atmosphere was detected by ground-based aids. The new record high excited states (up to 1100 level) of interstellar atoms are detected. The pulsed radio emission of the 42 new for low frequencies pulsars are registered, the fine time-frequency and polarization structure of pulses are discovered, the new model force-the pulsar magnetosphere was proposed. The high-sensitivity mapping of the Galaxy continuum radio emission and the astrophysical data interpretation is continued. High astrophysical significance of the decameter radio astronomy, good perspectives of its future development as well as the priority of Ukraine in this field of astrophysics are proved conclusively.
