The methods of the multi-looks processing for the high quality Earth surface SAR (synthetic aperture radar) images formation are proposed. Methods for the image formation of the objects in the Near-Earth space up to several thousand kilometers were elaborated. Developed methods use the contrast optimization approach, which is based on the minimization of the entropy function of the image intensity. The methods based on the measuring the full electrons concentration were developed and implemented for the ionosphere diagnostics tasks. Methods are based on the processing the data from the multi positioned GPS receivers. The new model for the calculating the thermal equilibrium of the atmosphere is presented. This model based on the equation system describing the radiation equilibrium. The results of investigations of the waves reflection from the tightly packed media are also presented in this work. Such tasks are important for the recovering of the Earth aerosols parameters and interpretation of the observation of space objects not having atmosphere.
