Purpose is analysis of specifics and systematization of hybrid systems of electric heating supply of buildings as active smart consumers and the development of circuit solutions of these systems for different types of heating. Features of the application for heating of housing and communal services of hybrid systems (based on the joint use of traditional energy and electricity and (or) alternative energy) as active consumers of smart grids are considered. Requirements to the proposed hybrid systems are formulated. The main attention was paid such groups of requirements as energy, technical and technological, institutional and system integrators. The proposed hybrid heating systems was systematized on different classification criteria. The configurations of hybrid systems are considered for the specific construction of it base paths. Circuit solutions of hybrid systems of electric heating supply rise buildings equipped with systems of autonomous moderately centralized, decentralized and district heating are developed. The social consequences are working to increase the level of comfort and environmental supplies and raise of employment in the production of proposed hybrid systems of electric heating supply.
