The aim of research work - development of technology for recycling of polyester products for various purposes through the creation of composite materials through direct filling, and controlled depolymerization. First proposed by the extrusion method of depolymerization of waste of glycol modified polyethylene terephthalate copolymer and features of the change of properties of the products of depolymerization, depending on the process conditions. In depth scientific data in the existing methods of modification of fillers to obtain wood polymers composites based on the products of the depolymerization of waste polyesters. For the first time the mechanism of obtaining of highly filled composites based on the products of the depolymerization of waste of glycol modified polyethylene terephthalate copolymer. The data obtained in the result of the experiments, helped to organize and summarize the theoretical basis of polymeric composite materials based on the products of the depolymerization of waste polyesters with the use of mineral and organic fillers. Polymer composite materials based on waste polyesters obtained by direct filling contain up to 90% of filler modified with sand. Mechanical characteristics of these materials are not inferior to foreign analogues, moreover, are characterized by high flame resistance and UV stability, which allows to use them effectively in the construction industry. The high mechanical characteristics provided by the use of the combined composition of the polymer matrix. Developed and tested technology of depolymerization of waste polyesters based on extrusion equipment has no analogues in the world. A feature of the process is a flexible system for the control and regulation of the parameters of the depolymerization of the polymer to obtain the product with desired properties - viscosity, chemical composition. Created wood polymers composites based on the products of the depolymerization of waste polyesters with high-quality mechanical characteristics, not inferior to foreign analogues, and do not require costly primary polymeric materials. All studies performed research aimed at the development and implementation of methods of recycling of polyesters with obtaining the raw materials for the chemical industry and polymer composite materials, ready to technical applications.
