The purpose of work is the development of methodology of determination of resistance to light destruction of geosynthetics AFRP to light destruction for road pavement and CG and survey of their features according to the developed method. The methods of the survey is the analysis of known test methods of geosynthetics materials; the choice of equipment for artificial exposure of the survey objects in laboratory conditions and the choice of survey objects for the determination of their physical-mechanical properties after testing in the nature and in artificial conditions; the substantiation of parameters of exposure in the artificial conditions (106 ·J/m2), the set of statistics data for the selection of the best mode tests and the choice of criteria for evaluating the sustainability of geosynthetics to aging under the influence of ultraviolet radiation. The results of the research work is the usage of the developed method in normative documents The Military of Defense of Ukraine regulating the requirements on the camouflage optical coating for masking weapons and military equipment, engineering structures and etc. from modern optical means of reconnaissance.
